Matt is the Founder and Principal of NavPoint Real Estate Group. Matt brings a wealth of commercial real estate industry expertise to the oversight of the firm and his brokerage work with high-net-worth individuals, real estate funds, and family offices. NavPoint has completed well over 1 billion dollars in transactions under Matt’s leadership. Prior to founding NavPoint in 2011, Matt was the Director of Commercial Real Estate services for a boutique firm servicing Colorado, he also spent time as a member of one of the top commercial real estate brokerage teams at CBRE in Denver. Matt has extensive experience in all Investment property types including Retail, Office, Industrial, Multi-Family, Land, and Golf Course Assets. Matt currently directs the sales and leasing of a large commercial real estate portfolio at NavPoint Real Estate Group.
